Fortis Restore is an Alberta restoration contractor working on fire, water and flood losses for residential, commercial and multi-family property owners.
We exist because of a specific failure. On most restoration losses, one company dries the building and a different company rebuilds it. The mitigation crew demobilises, weeks pass, and the property owner ends up holding two scopes that do not meet in the middle — with an adjuster asking why the drying log stops three weeks before the reconstruction estimate starts.
We hold both halves. The same contractor who extracts the water is accountable for the finish that goes back on the wall, and the documentation runs continuously from the first photograph to the final invoice.
