- Make safe and stabiliseEmergency board-up, water extraction, power isolation. The goal of hour one is to stop the loss getting bigger.
- Assess and documentMoisture mapping, thermal imaging, photographs and a written scope. This is the package your adjuster needs to open the file properly.
- Dry, clean, decontaminateIndustrial drying and dehumidification with daily readings, soot and odour removal, antimicrobial treatment where the category of water requires it.
- RebuildDemolition where it is needed, then reconstruction and finishes back to pre-loss condition — or better, where the code has moved since the building went up.
